We're seeking an experienced Water Resources Engineer with strong technical skills in ICPR and a passion for solving complex stormwater challenges. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment and wants to contribute to projects that matter—from municipal infrastructure improvements to advanced resiliency planning.

• Lead and support stormwater management projects for municipal and private clients.
• Develop and refine hydrologic and hydraulic models using ICPR and Storm Wise.
• Prepare drainage studies, stormwater master plans, and design documents.
• Address resiliency, low‑impact development (LID), and climate change considerations in design.
• Coordinate permitting with local, state, and federal agencies.
• Collaborate with municipalities across the Greater Tampa Bay area to deliver tailored solutions.

• B.S. in Civil Engineering (Water Resources emphasis preferred).
• 7+ years in water resources or civil engineering design.
• Expertise in hydrology, hydraulics, and stormwater modeling with ICPR/Storm Wise.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS (preferred).
• Prior experience working with municipalities in Tampa Bay is a plus.

• Coastal resiliency projects addressing sea‑level rise and storm surge.
• Urban drainage improvements for growing municipalities.
• Floodplain analysis and FEMA coordination for critical infrastructure.
• Green infrastructure and LID designs that enhance sustainability.
