We are hiring a Portfolio Manager to lead ETF portfolio oversight and crypto strategy execution across our product suite.

• Manage daily portfolio exposures across Cyber Hornet ETF and crypto strategies
• Execute rebalances, index tracking, cash management, and trade execution
• Work directly with APs, market makers, and liquidity providers
• Monitor crypto markets, ETF flows, macro trends, and volatility
• Develop and enhance trading strategies and execution processes
• Oversee risk metrics, position limits, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with operations on NAV and custodial workflows
• Support new ETF launches and ongoing product enhancements
• Provide portfolio insights for investor communication and internal reporting

• 5–10+ years ETF portfolio management, trading, or related asset management experience
• Strong understanding of ETF mechanics and market structure
• Experience trading or managing crypto exposures or derivatives
• High-level analytical skills;
  Advanced Excel required
• Strong understanding of risk and compliance frameworks
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

• Experience with crypto custody, futures, or liquidity venues
• CFA/CAIA or similar
