Financial Analyst, Risk Manager/Analyst
Overview
Responsible for collecting and evaluating data to monitor collateral and manage client risk profiles. This role involves analyzing payroll registers against purchased invoices to ensure client compliance with company standards and to identify potential fraud, while making informed collateral risk alert decisions based on the gathered information.
Responsibilities- Conduct invoice aging audits to ensure accurate and complete collateral documentation is obtained and maintained.
- Compare billing to payroll and analyze trends and markup.
- Maintain detailed records of audit findings and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.
- Review client billing processes to verify that proper steps are followed and documented.
- Collaborate with Collateral Risk Associates to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and refinement of audit procedures and checklists.
- Support internal reporting and analysis related to collateral risk and audit outcomes.
- Partner with senior team members to enhance audit strategies and ensure alignment with broader risk management goals.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and accuracy in collateral audits.
After training, the incumbent may work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home if desired. The shift is Monday – Friday, approximately 8:30 am – 5:00 pm ET.

Qualifications- Associate’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field – Preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a banking, finance, accounting or audit role that involves close monitoring of accounts or processes.
Base hourly pay range: $18.00 – $28.00. Other compensation and benefits are offered as part of the total rewards package, which may vary by geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
