We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to manage a high-volume loan pipeline and support end-to-end mortgage operations. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Jumbo loans, strong documentation review skills, and the ability to work closely with borrowers, underwriters, and closing teams to ensure timely and compliant loan closings.

• Manage a pipeline of 50–70 mortgage loans from application through closing
• Review and verify borrower documentation including income, credit, employment, appraisals, and title
• Ensure compliance with investor, agency, and company underwriting guidelines
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and closing teams
• Prepare complete and accurate files for underwriting and funding
• Provide timely updates to borrowers and internal stakeholders
• Meet or exceed production and quality metrics

• 3–5+ years of Mortgage Loan Processing experience
• Experience with Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo loans
• Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation and underwriting guidelines
• Hands‑on experience with Encompass LOS
• Ability to manage high‑volume pipelines in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills

• Ability to work closely with borrowers, underwriters, and closing teams
• Experience with Encompass LOS
