Looking for ameticulousand proactive Treasury Specialist to join our finance team. This role is critical in balancing the firm’s daily cash position, managing the firm's daily cash flow,monitoring the firm’s daily liquidity, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, while also supporting the financial stability of the firm.

The ideal candidate will be purposeful, self-motivated, forward-thinking, have a strong understanding of financial markets and a keen eye for detail to manage complex transactions in a fast-paced environment.

• Monitor daily cash positions, ensure adequate liquidity across all accounts.
• Execute wires/fund transfers to meet operational and regulatory needs, including settlement-related activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and prior day cash activities to the general ledger, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
• Accurately,process and research
  
  ACH, debit card & wire transfers, and other related receipts &disbursements by required deadlines.
• Address and resolve cash management-related inquiries and issues.
• Conduct variance analysis of cash flow forecasts andprovideactionable insights to senior management.
• Analyze cash management processes and propose improvements to management.
• Liaison with internal & external auditors, tax accountants, and regulatory examination teams.

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in accounting,finance,or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in the financial industry
• Proven ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives independently.
• Automation-driven mindset witha track recordof implementing products, processes, and system enhancements.

• CPA License(certified public accountant).
• Background in retail brokerageisadvantageous.
• Public Accounting/Audit Background.
