Pay rate: $18-22/hr

We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to support commercial and corporate banking clients. This role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, coordinating deposit account and treasury management onboarding, resolving service requests, and partnering with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate results.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within an assigned market, taking ownership of requests through resolution.
• Identify client needs and proactively address service issues to maintain a positive client experience.
• Coordinate deposit account openings and treasury management onboarding with internal teams.
• Escalate research requests and engage appropriate subject matter experts to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal business partners to maintain clear communication and consistent service delivery.
• Advocate for clients and coordinate support across departments when additional expertise is needed.
• Identify potential cross-selling opportunities and connect clients with the appropriate banking partners.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of banking experience in customer service or treasury management required.
• Knowledge of commercial and corporate deposit accounts, treasury management products, and online banking platforms.
• Familiarity with banking products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and banking systems;
  Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize competing requests, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills and a client-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting commercial or corporate clients in industries such as commercial real estate, healthcare, government, or commercial and industrial businesses.
