The Fulfillment Pharmacist is primarily responsible for managing the prescription fulfillment process from within the pharmacy. This position serves as a link between patient, physician, and pharmacy by performing the following duties.

• Dispense and verify prescriptions in line with organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Oversee technician‑prepared items and provide guidance.
• Serve as a resource for medication‑related inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws, standards, and accreditation guidelines.
• Perform administrative tasks and provide team support as needed.

• Minimum of two years in retail or mail‑order pharmacy; 340B knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Pharmacy with an active state license.
• Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines is required.
