Overview

We are looking for Psychotherapists, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT to provide initial evaluation assessments and follow up psychotherapy.

W2, Pay Per Encounter, fee for service role, minimum commitment of 2 days per week – you pick the days!

Coverage Areas – St. Petersburg (1 day), Clearwater (1 day), Dade City (1 day) & Brandon, FL (1/2 day).

Credentials: LMFT.

This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the support of Directors of Mental Health.

Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders and disabilities using specialized clinical knowledge and advanced clinical skills. Work with a team of psychotherapists to deliver initial evaluation assessments and follow‑up psychotherapy at the facilities we serve.

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments of patient needs and psychosocial status.
• Provide follow‑up psychotherapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop treatment goals for patients.
• Document all pertinent information from interviews, consultations, referrals, and supportive services.
• Complete necessary documentation and reporting in accordance with departmental standards and federal and state regulations.
