Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $20.00/hr.

• Perform activities of daily living and provide companionship for our clients in their homes
• Personal hygiene including but not limited to bathing, grooming and dressing
• Meal planning and preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Provide ambulation and transferring assistance as needed
• Help with medication as required
• Transportation for appointments and errands

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Preferred CNA or HHA license or 6 months of full‑time work or 12 months of part‑time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position, including lifting and transferring up to 50 pounds
• Must have an active CPR Certification or be willing to get certified (training provided)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with valid insurance
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Are mature, caring, punctual and reliable
• Must have an active State of Florida Level 2 Background Check or pass one

• Weekly regular payroll every Friday via Direct Deposit
• Daily Pay:
  Access to your pay the same day you work
• Intervisit Mileage:
  Paid mileage for driving between multiple clients in a single day
