Schedule: Full Time | Monday–Friday
Compensation: Starting at $80,000+ (based on experience)
Incentives: $10,000 sign‑on bonus + $350/month student loan support

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full‑time Center Manager in Training role. This is a great opportunity for PTs with 2+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience who are ready to take the next step into leadership.

You’ll treat a diverse patient population while learning to manage clinic operations, mentor staff, and drive clinical excellence. • Assume responsibility for our center and uphold executive decisions
• Utilize local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Help grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolio
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and PTAs
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
• Participate in industry‑leading continuing education opportunities

• Graduated from an APTA accredited school of physical therapy
• Minimum 2 years outpatient orthopedic experience
• Valid State Physical Therapist License (required to start)
• CPR Certification
