St. Petersburg Nursing & Rehabilitation is now hiring a full time Human Resources Director/Staff Clinical. The Human Resources Director is responsible for performing administrative duties such as processing payroll, scheduling interviews, coordinating orientations, and acting as a liaison between employees and HR department. The Human Resources Director / Clinical staff is also responsible for a wide range of human resources support for staff covering the following areas: recruiting, new hire onboarding, supporting new hire orientation, employee leave administration, maintaining employee data and changes, managing employee bonuses and reward programs, ensuring Equal Employment Opportunity compliance, completing employment verification requests, and conducting education and training on HR systems, processes and policies as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
- 5+ Years of Human Resources Administration Experience
- Strong Attention to Detail and Work Ethic
- Healthcare Background is Preferred
