The Digital Talent Solutions Lead is a strategic and hands‑on partner responsible for enabling and optimizing technology solutions that support enterprise‑wide talent management practices. This role serves as the primary point of contact for talent vendors and leads cross‑functional partnerships across Talent, HR Technology, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet organizational needs, integrate effectively, and drive innovation through digitization, automation, and AI‑enabled capabilities.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for talent management vendors, managing communications, issue resolution, and roadmap alignment. Partner with HR Technology, Procurement, and Legal teams to support contract development and renewals.
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure solutions deliver on strategic talent objectives
- Lead and support talent technology programs and projects, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Oversee implementation and integration of platforms supporting performance, learning, succession, and career development
- Apply project management with best practices to ensure successful delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Collaborate with Talent, HR Technology, and business leaders to translate strategy into system requirements and solutions
- Facilitate governance and decision‑making forums to align priorities and ensure transparency.
- Drive digitization and automation of talent processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and experience. Promote AI fluency and literacy across HR and Talent teams
- Continuously bring emerging HR tech trends including predictive analytics, machine learning, and digital experience platforms to the forefront — to enhance the talent ecosystem.
- Ensure seamless integration of talent technologies with core HCM and enterprise systems. Monitor system performance and data integrity, leading continuous improvement. Support change management and adoption strategies to maximize ROI
- Partner with Talent leaders to optimize data structures and reporting capabilities. Design dashboards and analytics tools that enable data interpretation and evidence‑based decisions. Utilize AI and data literacy to support predictive insights and strategic workforce planning.
- Bachelor’s Degree – Required
- 7 years of experience in HR Technology or Talent Management systems, with emphasis on vendor management, project leadership, and digital transformation.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) preferred. Certifications in HR technology platforms, data analytics, or AI applications are a plus.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $85,800 to $134,900 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the Talent Acquisition & Onboarding position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
