- Manage hourly recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Oversee My Opportunity for hourly recruitment and onboarding.
- Develop and implement recruitment/staffing plans.
- Maintain relationships with external recruiters and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Ensure all Company HR related policies are applied consistently.
- Ensure all Levy and Legal standards, such as I9 documents, are completed in a timely manner.
- Regularly run and/or review HR activity reports.
- Attend department manager meetings to increase HR visibility, conduct classroom training, provide assistance and implement HR initiatives.
- Ensure efficient and welcoming employee check-in experience.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws.
- Act as the diversity champion by leading assigned tasks and corporate diversity activities including diversity recruiting, retention and promotion goals.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field;
Master’s degree preferred. - Three or more years human resources recruiting experience required; management experience a plus.
- HR experience at a large, multi‑unit organization required.
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills; advanced skills preferred.
- Experience responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community.
- Strong presentation skills required.
- High level of computer literacy.
