• Work as part of a technical support team delivering a quality service to single/multiple clients using a variety of hardware and software products.
• Analyse and understand clients' needs and expectations, as well as alternative architectures and trends.
• Interview clients' technical teams to gather relevant information to facilitate architectural requirements definitions.
• Lead small to medium-scale design projects, interfacing with project managers.
• Establish, explain, and validate the solution testing criteria for projects.
• Design services in accordance with Client standards and vendor best practices.
• Remain current on vendor best practices related to the interlinking of technologies (Windows, VMware, Nutanix).
• Provide expertise on system performance tuning, capacity planning, maintenance patching, and new version installation.
• Develop and maintain standard templates for repeatable build-outs.
• Work with vendors and drive them to help meet service level obligations.
• Plan and implement small to medium-scale changes on production systems.
• Analyze and assess the impact and risk of small to medium risk changes on production systems.
• Install, configure, patch, and maintain appropriate technologies (e.g., servers/databases/network/storage).
• Design and assist in small to medium-scale disaster recovery tests.
• Create and review technical system recovery plans.
• Demonstrate commitment to Service Excellence.
• Perform major upgrades of systems and associated products.
• Act as technical lead for one or more small to medium-scale clients.

• 10+ years of non-internship experience in IT.
• 3-5 years of experience in VMware.
• 3-5 years of experience in Nutanix.
• 3-5 years of experience in Azure.
• Hands-on experience with vSphere environments, including managing ESXi hosts and vCenter.
• Experience with upgrading VMware environments and managing virtual networks using NSX.
• Practical experience with Nutanix Acropolis (AHV) and managing hyper-converged infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Nutanix tools like Prism for monitoring and management.
• Deployment and management of Azure VMs, storage accounts, and networking.
• Experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) and Azure governance (e.g., policies and role-based access control).

• Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP).
• Nutanix Certified Advanced Professional (NCAP).
• Microsoft Certified:
  Azure Administrator Associate.
