• Consultation and Advisory:
  Provide expert guidance to small business clients on implementing and managing comprehensive information security programs in accordance with firm standards.
• Policy Understanding and Implementation:
  Assist clients in understanding and effectively applying information security policies, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate Effectively:
  Coordinate with internal IT and Compliance teams to address security requirements and suggest policy improvements as needed.
• Communication:
  Convey complex security concepts clearly and effectively to clients and stakeholders through written and verbal communication. Facilitate discussions with independent branches regarding security controls.
• Executive Presence:
  Maintain professionalism and demonstrate strong executive presence in all client interactions to foster trust and confidence.
• Issue Escalation:
  Identify and escalate security issues promptly by working with internal IT teams.

Experience in Information Security (Network, Infrastructure, endpoint security), Communication, CIS Security Controls, Network Security, Customer Service. Experience with Managed Service Providers is a plus.

• Experience with security program implementation in managed service environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with executive-level clients and stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, Security+ are preferred.
