Sr React Developer with AI Chatbot (Tampa, FL Candidate only)

Lead Developer on the Chatbot team, responsible for shaping the technical vision and executing software solutions that support our chatbot, which will be used by our Advisors. This position requires deep technical expertise and strategic collaboration across multiple teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize high‑performance, scalable chatbot solutions.
• Lead the development efforts for the chatbot platform, ensuring architectural excellence and performance.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and performance monitoring tools.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior developers on best practices and emerging technologies.

• 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong experience with React
  
  JS and AI‑related technologies.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and performance monitoring tools.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and leadership abilities with a collaborative mindset.
