As a Business-Facing Product Engineer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our people enjoy a seamless experience with our production technology systems. Your role is focused around creating well-documented production grade tools that increase productivity, reduce friction and enable new capabilities, whilst minimizing risk. Reporting to the Technology team at ARK headed by the CTO you will act as a Technology Business Partner to our back-office functions driving Automation and AI onto our Palantir Foundry platform.

• Drive documentation of existing tools & processes
• Manage forms and interfaces for data entry and process support

• Knowledge archive
• Meeting tracking automation
• Source tracking automation
• Document management with AI enhancement

• Focus new deliverables onto our Palantir Foundry platform as appropriate
• Develop the live portfolio dashboards for various funds
• Develop and socialize automated task management solutions for our teams
• Create a variety custom GPTs / Copilots / Automations to help with day-to-day tasks

• Manage advanced Microsoft 365 application implementation, including CoPilot, Planner, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Maintain technical documentation for all in-scope systems.
• Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance user proficiency.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and updates related to our technology environment.
• Propose enhancements to improve user experience and productivity.
