Managed Services Provider with 25+ years delivering IT support, cybersecurity, cloud, and compliance solutions to small and mid‑size businesses across Long Island, NY and Tampa/St. Petersburg, FL.

• Provide first‑line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint).
• Perform user account setup, password resets, and basic Active Directory tasks.
• Monitor systems via Datto RMM, applying patches and escalating issues as needed.
• Assist with client onboarding/offboarding, standard software installs, and workstation setups.
• Deliver on‑site support to end‑users, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Document all work performed in Autotask PSA.

• 1–2 years of IT support experience (MSP experience preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and networking basics.
• Knowledge of RMM/PSA tools a plus.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to work on‑site daily and support end‑users face‑to‑face.
• Preferred certifications:
  CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Fundamentals (MS‑900, AZ‑900).
