As an Accenture Flex employee, you will apply your skills to drive business transformation for leading organizations. You’ll deliver innovative solutions using the latest emerging technologies and work with a diverse network of professionals across Accenture businesses.

• Design, configure, and implement network solutions based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Deploy routers, switches, wireless controllers, and other network equipment.
• Ensure smooth migration from legacy systems to new infrastructure with minimal downtime.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams during implementation to manage timelines and dependencies.
• Perform network testing and validation to ensure compliance with performance and security standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation of network architecture, configuration, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues during and after implementation.
• Ensure all network deployments adhere to company policies and industry best practices.
• Provide training and handoff to network operations teams post‑deployment.
• Be available to travel to the client office in Lakeland, FL at least 2‑3 days per week.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the networking domain.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with Cisco networking equipment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with IP networking, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching technologies, and WAN/LAN.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Understanding of SD‑WAN, VPN, MPLS, and cloud networking (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Experience with IPSec VPNs & VRFs.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Good communication skills.

Hourly Salary Range: California, Cleveland, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York/New Jersey, Washington – $41.00 to $51.00 per hour.

Location: Lakeland, FL (onsite work required 2‑3 days per week).
