Security Data Specialist at Raymond James

This hybrid‑friendly role balances flexibility and collaboration. In‑office days will average 12 days per month at our Saint Petersburg, FL Corporate Office.

• Monitor security data feeds, promptly resolving errors or discrepancies.
• Reconcile security data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Develop a solid understanding of operational technology systems and support business processes.
• Continuously enhance depth of security data coverage.
• Apply policy and compliance knowledge related to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Execute operational tasks following established processes and help develop new procedures to meet performance standards.
• Support operations pricing team, familiarizing with pricing policies and procedures.
• Provide client support via email and phone, meeting departmental service level standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments on security data initiatives, technological enhancements, and process improvement projects.
• Manage relationships with security data vendors and understand their data feed processes.

• High School Diploma or GED (Required). Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
• 7–12 months of general experience in a data‑focused or security operations environment.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑diagnosis skills.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with operational technology systems and related tools.
• Organizational and time‑management skills, able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Risk awareness, identifying and mitigating potential operational risks proactively.
