Nightwing is seeking a part-time employee to work as a Technical Collections and Communications (TCC) Field Service Representative (FSR) in support of a DoD contract providing technical equipment advisory and support for SOCOM efforts. Responsibilities include assisting with equipment installation, system configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, problem identification, and report writing. Travel overseas is required.

Job Responsibilities:
- Mentor and advise senior military personnel on equipment, technical capabilities, and employment techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTPs) for utilizing HF-TTL equipment.
- Assist in developing and implementing Concepts of Operations (CONOPs) for employing HF-TTL devices based on equipment capabilities and critical factors.
- Provide technical support in testing and installing audio and video server applications.
- Coordinate with Nightwing headquarters for specialized program support.
- Offer technical expertise and operational perspectives for new equipment and integration efforts.
- Conduct research and develop best practices.
Required Skills:
- Active Top Secret / SCI clearance
- Retired or former Special Operations soldier with at least 5 years of U.S. military experience in a similar role
- Recent combat experience
- Experience with or knowledge of information collection equipment supporting War on Terrorism objectives
- Experience with web-based applications such as Microsoft Office, Windows, Falcon View, Google Earth, C2PC, Streets and Trips, and Map Printability
- Ability to travel independently and operate without supervision
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including network configurations
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technical products
- Time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to carry a 35-pound load without assistance
- Willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS to support units

- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively interact with management, customers, and team members
Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of technical/engineering experience
- Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required
