Our client, a premier personal lines P&C insurance firm serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, is seeking a Compliance Manager to join their expanding team.

Reporting directly to the General Counsel, the Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the firm's compliance framework. This is a high-impact position with visibility across the organization and a chance to influence the firm's ethical and regulatory posture during a period of rapid expansion.

• Oversee and manage licensing and renewal processes across jurisdictions
• Monitor and respond to sanctions and regulatory developments
• Lead the complaint management program, ensuring timely resolution and reporting
• Track and assess negative news and reputational risks
• Maintain and enhance the firm's Code of Conduct and related compliance policies

• Hybrid schedule based out of the firm's St. Petersburg, FL office
• Collaborative, mission-driven culture with a focus on integrity and client excellence

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, preferably within insurance or financial services
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and ethical standards
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
