Commercial Real Estate Lending Paralegal – St. Petersburg, FL

A well-established Florida law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Lending Paralegal to join its St. Petersburg, FL office.

This role offers a hybrid schedule after 90 days (three days in-office, two days remote). The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in a sophisticated real estate practice
, with the ability to manage a high volume of transactions and confidently oversee the full life cycle of lending deals.

• Draft and review commercial loan documents, including construction, refinance, and asset-based loans
• Prepare and maintain transaction checklists, review deliveries, and troubleshoot issues
• Summarize complex sales contracts and leases
• Manage transactions from engagement through post-closing
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties

• Current or recent law firm experience representing lenders preferred
• Florida Registered Paralegal or fully qualified for certification preferred
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to adapt to new technology and maintain a professional demeanor

• Full-time, hybrid role based in St. Petersburg after 90 days (2 days WFH/week)
• Competitive compensation in the $70K+ range
