Job Title: Corporate Attorney

Location: Tampa, FL

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to serve in a senior, in‑house role supporting leadership across employment, compliance and business matters. This position is ideal for a practical, business‑minded attorney who enjoys being closely involved with the organization and providing day‑to‑day legal guidance beyond traditional contract work.

• Serve as primary legal counsel for the organization
• Advise leadership on employment law, workplace policies, and compliance
• Support PEO relationships and employment‑related agreements
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, vendor agreements and internal policies
• Guide compliance with federal, state and local employment laws
• Support employee‑related matters, investigations and policy interpretation
• Coordinate with outside counsel as required
• Provide practical, risk‑aware legal guidance aligned with business needs

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active Florida bar license in good standing
• Strong background in employment and HR‑related law
• Experience with PEOs or similar employment structures preferred
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Strong judgment and communication skills
