Parts Coordinator ; Manheim Orlando

The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

• Receive & Verify Parts:
  Check incoming parts against invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• System Entry:
  Accurately receive parts in Recon
  360/AS400 and verify against purchase orders.
• Process Invoices:
  Scan, label, and route invoices and pick-tickets according to procedure.
• Organize Inventory:
  Tag, store, and maintain parts in designated areas by Work Order.
• Manage Stock Levels:
  Monitor inventory, order parts, and maintain minimum stock requirements.
• Handle Returns & Credits:
  Track, process, and document returns and vendor credits.
• Support Technicians:
  Distribute parts based on Work Orders and ensure accuracy.
• Conduct Audits:
  Perform daily bin audits and update inventory systems.
• Maintain Safety:
  Identify and report safety concerns during routine walkthroughs.
• Manage Communication:
  Respond to emails and coordinate with vendors and team members.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in parts, inventory, warehouse, or automotive environment preferred
• Familiarity with inventory management systems (AS400, Recon
  360, or similar) a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)

Drug Testing To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position. However, we are a drug-free workplace, so the possession, use or being under the influence of drugs illegal under federal or state law during work hours, on company property and/or in company vehicles is prohibited.

• Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
