Claremont Property Company is a leading disaster services contractor specializing in commercial, multifamily and municipal renovation projects. We are seeking an experienced full‑time Project Manager to lead large‑scale renovation projects from initiation to completion.

• Lead project planning, execution and monitoring processes.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams ensuring project alignment and collaboration.
• Identify risks and issues and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Conduct post‑project evaluations and report on outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience, preferably in large‑scale commercial, multifamily and municipal renovation and/or roofing projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Project).
• Strong leadership, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• PMP certification is a plus.

• Base pay range: $115,000 – $135,000 per year.
