NO HVAC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. We’re looking for a sales leader who knows how to motivate, train, and grow a team of high-performing Outside Sales Advisors.
What You’ll Do:
Recruit, coach, and lead a team of Outside Sales Advisors to drive revenue growth. Maximize team performance through structured training, mentorship, and accountability. Continuously refine and improve sales processes to increase closing rates and profitability. Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets are met or exceeded. Hold team members accountable while maintaining a culture of motivation and success. Support your team 24/7, ensuring weekend and evening availability as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of B2C sales management experience with a track record of success. A true leader – someone who builds high-performing sales teams and drives results. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong time management & organizational abilities – you execute efficiently. Passionate about coaching & developing others – you help your team grow and win. Driven, motivated, and relentless in achieving success.
