We're a small, third-generation, family-owned commercial general contractor based in St. Petersburg, Florida. We've been serving the Tampa Bay area for over 35 years and are now searching for a bright and talented Office Manager. This role supports daily operations, accounting/bookkeeping, and project administration. You’ll work directly with ownership and project managers, receive hands‑on training, and develop greater responsibility over time.
ExperienceWe’re Looking For:
(we’re open to candidates with any combination of experience in the areas listed below)
- Accounting and bookkeeping: billing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll support, reconciliations
- Office administration in the Construction or Service Industry (Commercial General Contractor experience preferred)
- Working with contracts, proposals, permits and project documentation
- Managing insurance, professional licensing, vendor and compliance records
- Organizing documents, tracking details, and following procedures

- Stable, full-time position with consistent Monday-Friday hours

- SALARY RANGE: $50,000-$55,000 + BENEFITS
