Job Overview:

We’re looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator. In this role, you’ll help make sure materials and products are properly received, documented, and shipped out. This is an excellent entry point for recent graduates or individuals looking to break into the supply chain and logistics industry, with hands‑on training and opportunities to grow.

• Check in deliveries and verify items against packing slips.
• Prepare shipments by packaging, labeling, and ensuring all paperwork is included.
• Keep records updated in our systems (we’ll train you on our ERP software).
• Communicate with coworkers, delivery drivers, and vendors when needed.
• Maintain an organized and clean shipping/receiving area.
• Assist with basic inventory counts and data entry.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Recent grads are highly encouraged to apply—this is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the cosmetics manufacturing and supply chain sectors.
• 0–1 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics. No prior experience required—we’re looking for individuals with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the field.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel) and knowledge of inventory management software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods as needed.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow within the company.

• Hourly pay of $18 - $22 per hour
