Responsibilities- Operate, clean, sanitize, and maintain a 12-head counter-pressure filler with crowner.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
- Oversee and support the packaging team to ensure consistent output, safety, and quality standards.
- Execute daily changeovers, CIP/SIP cycles, and line start-up/shut-down procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all SOPs, GMPs, and safety guidelines.
- Assist with general production tasks as needed.
- 3–5 days per week, typically Monday–Friday.
- Occasional weekend availability preferred during peak production periods.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience operating, cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining a counter‑pressure filler line (beer, soda, seltzer, or similar).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proven problem‑solving skills.
- Experience managing or guiding small packaging teams is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods; bend, reach, and climb a ladder; and lift up to 40 lbs safely.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment with tight quality standards.
