Leads the development and implementation of division‑wide product marketing plans or corporate marketing programs.

• Leads market research and the development of go‑to‑market strategies to attract net‑new embedded prospects and increase bookings among partner embedded partner base.
• Manages the development and implementation of marketing plans, budgets and communications, in coordination with partners when appropriate, including promotions, printed material, web content, electronic sales presentations, digital marketing, and any other media.
• Coordinates with various Paychex functional areas, as required, to ensure appropriate operational support of assigned distribution channel or client segments.
• Engages directly with Partner teams, by Web Ex or in person, as marketing consultant and subject matter expert. Manages the coordinated execution of marketing programs with the Embedded organization to ensure effective utilization of opportunities.
• Meets with senior leadership to determine the marketing and sales support needs for assigned distribution channels and client segments.
• Directs the preparation of reports to share with senior leadership regarding activity, budget and results. Oversees and implements marketing communications strategies to ensure adherence to Paychex brand standards.
• Monitors competitive environment and adjusts plans to meet future opportunities.
• Ability to manage a team of Channel Marketing Managers and Associate Managers to develop and execute marketing strategies, should business growth and requirements warrant it.
• Should business growth and requirements warrant it, ability to recruit, select, hire, and evaluate performance of personnel to ensure all department needs are handled appropriately. Counsels and develops staff for personal and corporate advancement through career development, training programs, and other resources as required for professional advancement.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Master's Degree - Preferred
• 3 years of experience in Management - preferred
• 6 years of experience in Marketing and/or relationship management capacity.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $105,509 - $165,800 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
