About the RoleAs a bedside nurse in our Pediatric & Neonatal ICU, you will provide critical care for infants and neonates with congenital diaphragmatic hernia and other complex conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence‑based care.
Responsibilities- Deliver direct care to newborns and infants, monitoring vital signs and ventilatory support.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and social workers to manage complex cases.
- Educate families on post‑care and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
- BSN from an accredited nursing program (associate degree acceptable if BSN obtained within 36 months).
- Registered Nurse (RN) license, Florida state or Compact.
- Minimum one year of RN experience; experience in pediatric, NICU, or ICU preferred.
- BLS certification required; experience with ECMO and high‑volume ICU highly preferred.
- Relocation assistance for candidates > 50 miles away.

Minimum $35.56/hour, maximum $52.80/hour. Salary commensurate with experience and equity.
