Skyway Surgery Center, LLC is hiring a full‑time Nurse Manager. The manager is responsible for all departmental functions in support of the hospital mission, vision, and facility goals, and works with Senior Management to meet facility objectives.

• Oversee Pre‑op, PACU, and PAT operations and act as a Pre‑op/PACU/PAT RN as needed.
• Identify and implement cost‑effective systems, addressing variances through continuous customer satisfaction data.
• Maintain effective working relationships with patients, physicians, staff, volunteers, and vendors.
• Support hospital‑wide core competencies: customer service, patient safety, infection control, performance improvement, patient rights, HIPAA, and core measure processes.
• Participate in the performance appraisal process to evaluate employee competencies on an ongoing basis.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum two (2) years in surgery management, including pre‑op, intra‑op, and post‑op care with total joint and spine experience.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  Current Tennessee RN license; BLS & ACLS certification required.
• Key skills:
  Independent decision-making, ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects, excellent communication with staff and physicians.
