Qualifications- Education:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher. A Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is often preferred. - Experience:
Several years of clinical experience as a registered nurse (RN) is usually required. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is advantageous. - Licensure:
Must hold a valid nursing license in the state of practice. Additional certifications in Nurse Management or Leadership may be beneficial.
