Seasonal RN – Critical Care Float PoolJoin our Critical Care Float Pool as a Seasonal RN and make a meaningful impact during our busiest months! This temporary opportunity runs from January through April, offering experienced Critical Care nurses the chance to support our teams across the PICU, CVICU, CDH and NICU.
You’ll deliver exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment while enjoying flexible scheduling and premium pay. Perfect for nurses seeking a focused, high-impact role without a year-round commitment.
Shift: 12‑hour (2 shifts per week) DAYS
Work location:
St. Petersburg, Florida
- PICU is a 28‑bed unit.
- CVICU is a 22‑bed unit.
- NICU is a 97‑bed unit.
- CDH is a 15‑bed unit.
- BSN from an accredited School of Nursing, preferred. Applicants with an Associate Degree in nursing will be considered and must obtain BSN within 36 months of hire.
- Registered Nurse (RN) required. Florida State or Compact License required.
- A minimum of one year of experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
- Preferred experience in pediatric and/or Emergency.
- BLS certification provided by AHA.
Minimum $49.83/hour - Maximum $49.83/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
