As a Registered Nurse Supervisor
- Evening Shift, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to our residents. You will oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care, supervise and mentor nursing staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies. Your exceptional communication and leadership skills will be essential in building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Lead and supervise a team of nursing staff to provide exceptional patient care
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies
- Mentor and develop nursing staff to improve their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure that patient care is meeting facility standards
- Manage and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise with residents, families, or colleagues

- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse Supervisor or similar role
