Sage Infusion is seeking a patient-focused Infusion Nurse Practitioner to join our growing healthcare team. This full-time FLOAT role is based in the Tampa Bay West area (St. Pete, Clearwater, Trinity) and will be directed by NP-led infusion services.
You will administer therapies, monitor patients during treatment, educate on regimens and post-care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize safety and outcomes. Florida ARNP license and IV experience required.
