CNA: Resident Care & Daily Support Specialist

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with each resident’s plan. You will identify residents, document care accurately, and report any changes to nursing staff while maintaining confidentiality.

You will support residents with daily living activities, ensure rooms are prepared, and participate in shift handovers and routine nursing tasks in a facility setting.
