Responsibilities
  • Perform exams, diagnostics, and treatments for small animal patients
  • Conduct surgical and dental procedures (mentorship available)
  • Communicate effectively with pet parents and the veterinary team
  • Guide and mentor support staff to deliver exceptional care
  • Help develop and maintain medical protocols and standards
  • Keep accurate, detailed records using an EHR system
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented clinic environment
What We're Looking For
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited institution
  • Licensed or eligible to practice in Florida
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Passion for collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning
  • Committed to delivering an excellent client and patient experience
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in surgery and dentistry (or a desire to grow in this area)
  • Interest in practice management or team leadership
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and modern diagnostics
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
