Are you a skilled Real Estate Disposition Manager looking for an opportunity with the dynamic team at Super House Guys in sunny Saint Petersburg, FL? We need a detail-oriented professional to oversee our real estate asset disposal process. Your main responsibilities include evaluating potential real estate opportunities with clients, managing client relationships, and coordinating transactions with external partners and our internal team for seamless property deals.

Responsibilities
  • Devise pricing strategies aimed at optimizing returns on investments for residential real estate assets.
  • Perform comprehensive market research to identify potential investors interested in local real estate properties.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with both existing and prospective clients within the real estate industry.
  • Ensure all documentation related to real estate dispositions is current and compliant with pertinent regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve the efficiency of real estate asset disposals.
  • Create and deliver regular reports outlining sales activities and advancements in real estate dispositions.
  • Effectively manage customer information and sales data utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Provide support for additional projects associated with real estate dispositions as delegated by the company.
Qualifications
  • Successful applicants should demonstrate outstanding communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates are required to have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales operations, encompassing dispositions, acquisitions, and land acquisition.
