Real Estate Operations & Leasing Support Specialist
Location: St Petersburg, FL
OverviewThis role sits within a privately held commercial real estate group and supports the team responsible for leasing strategy, portfolio performance, and tenant growth initiatives. The position blends operational coordination, reporting, and marketing support while working closely with senior leadership on live leasing activity. It is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the center of moving parts, tracking deal flow, coordinating marketing and space readiness, and learning the business from the inside out with clear upward mobility.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Maintain portfolio records including building profiles, vacancy details, tenant information, and deal activity
- Coordinate leasing documentation such as proposals, LOIs, and lease packages through internal approval and execution stages
- Track transaction progress, deadlines, and critical dates
- Work with internal property teams to prepare available space for tours and showings
- Maintain CRM, broker contact lists, and pipeline records
- Prepare occupancy reports, leasing summaries, and market snapshots
- Support listing updates across commercial listing platforms
- Assist with marketing material creation including brochures, floor plans, and availability summaries
- Coordinate broker tours, tenant outreach events, and property showcases
- Provide direct operational support to senior leasing leadership
- Participate in internal planning around leasing activity and portfolio performance
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in commercial real estate, professional services, legal, financial, or operations support roles
- Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable handling deadlines and multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Exposure to CRE platforms (CRM, CoStar-type tools, Argus-type tools) a plus
- Design software experience a plus
- Real estate license or willingness to obtain one
- Total compensation target: $120k
- Base: $60k–$70k + bonus
