Position Title: GUEST FACING-CATERING SALES & ADMIN – ST. PETERSBURG, FL

Pay Grade: 6

Reports To: Catering Director

Salary: $22.00 – $25.00 /hour

In this role, you will support the event team with customer inquiries regarding all aspects of catering planning services and provide internal communication support.

• Plan and execute the operational elements of all specialty events
• Communicate thoroughly and professionally with customers and internal departments
• Remain on site for all special events to ensure they meet all client expectations
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Associate’s degree preferred;
  High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in hospitality industry
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as the business demands
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills
• Ability to operate web-based ordering system, process customer requests, changes to orders, menu updates and client profiles
• Ability to write professional and efficient emails to clients and customers
