Job Overview

HD-Tech Recruit is supporting our client in their search for a talented SEC Reporting and Regulatory Manager.

St Petersburg, Florida (Hybrid: 2–3 days per week in office)

Base pay range: $/yr – $/yr

Mid‑Senior level

Manage and prepare SEC filings, including Forms 10‑Q, 10‑K, and 8‑K; oversee XBRL tagging; lead discussion and analysis sections, business descriptions, financial statements, footnotes, and supporting schedules; handle financial statement preparation, tie‑outs, and disclosure checklists; partner closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting; maintain rigorous standards of quality, compliance, and consistency across all reporting deliverables.

• Prepare SEC filings (10‑Q, 10‑K, 8‑K).
• Oversee XBRL tagging for completeness and accuracy.
• Lead discussion and analysis sections, business descriptions, financial statements, footnotes, and supporting schedules.
• Handle financial statement preparation, tie‑outs, and disclosure checklists.
• Partner with leadership and cross‑functional teams for timely, accurate reporting.
• Maintain rigorous standards of quality, compliance, and consistency.

• Demonstrated manager‑level SEC reporting experience.
• Proficiency with 10‑Q, 10‑K, 8‑K preparation and XBRL.
• Strong financial statement and disclosure knowledge.
• Collaborative, team‑first attitude with excellent communication skills.
