Experts of store process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise areas of the store. This team conducts inventory accuracy, merchandise set-up and maintenance and pricing processes for all areas of the store.

Experts enable efficient delivery to our guests by supporting pick, pack and ship fulfillment work.

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store
• Experience in retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement
• Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and assist as requested.
• Thank guests and communicate appreciation for their visit.
• Execute daily tasks assigned by leadership to support goals aligned with business priorities (receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, merchandise setup, and promotional signs for GM areas).
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute processes including price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services available in the total store to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. Work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds
• Flexible schedule with reliable attendance; comfortable working in varied temperatures and environments
