Key Responsibilities- Drive profitable growth by generating new business sales and building rapport and trust with customers.
- Attract and generate new customers and cross‑sell existing customers for Auto, Life, Auto Club, and Roadside Assistance.
- Sell to walk‑in customers, market products outside the office via marketing calls and in‑person visits, and assist customers in the office.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- P&C licensing (preferred) or attain required licensure within 90 days of joining.
- Successfully closes sales of insurance and ancillary products.
- Meets and exceeds sales goals through new product sales and cross‑sell/retention.
- Builds a continuous sales pipeline via community contacts and a physical presence.
- Initiates outbound calling to established target customer base.
- Monitors local competitors and suggests initiatives to improve market position.
- Plans, implements, and manages marketing and sales processes with leadership.
- Delivers optimal results within quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and financial performance metrics.
- Understands and promotes underwriting guidelines and policy changes.
- Receives customer payments, issues receipts, and verifies cash drawer reports.
Base compensation: $17.50 per hour for unlicensed candidates.
Base compensation: $20.00 per hour for licensed candidates with a valid license and minimum 6 months of P&C sales experience.
Total compensation may include incentive pay such as commissions and bonuses based on individual and team performance.
