As an Orkin Home Sales Inspector, you will pitch top‑notch protection from the industry leader with more than 120 years of experience. • Analyze Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces, solving problems and building trusted relationships.
• Listen to needs, clearly explain practical solutions, and win over customers with confidence and care.
• Prospect new business and use assigned leads, supported by a robust advertising budget.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of the customer’s home.
• Make recommendations based on inspection findings, addressing questions and setting expectations.
• Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company‑provided iPad. Training will be provided.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain necessary pesticide license/certification (company paid)
• Independent field work and customer interaction skills

• Use ladder within manufacturer weight capacity
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roofs, etc.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA‑compliant respirator when required
• Work in varying weather conditions
