• Conduct consultations with qualified prospective clients
• Educate consumers on our advocacy services
• Build trust and establish credibility quickly
• Identify client needs and present solutions
• Handle objections professionally and confidently
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Accurately document all interactions within our CRM
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals
• Work closely with management and team leadership

• Previous Inside Sales Experience
• Strong Phone Sales Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills

• Ability to Handle Objections and Close Business
• Strong Work Ethic and Self-Motivation

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Call Center Experience
• Financial Services Sales Experience
• Legal Services Sales Experience
• Credit Repair, Debt Relief, or Consumer Advocacy Experience
• CRM Experience
