Gate/Patrol Security Officer (Florida Class D Security License Required) role at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc.

The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.

• Monitor premises to ensure safety and security; patrol a variety of locations as assigned.
• Preserve order and enforce site regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and areas.
• Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers as needed.
• Support security operations in alignment with the company’s values:
  Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.

• Florida Class D Security License Required
• Must have a Valid Driver's License
• Previous Customer Service experience required
• Previous Security experience preferred
• Must have basic computer skills and be comfortable with different forms of technology
• No experience required in some cases; training provided; suitable for those with retail, food service, or hospitality backgrounds

• Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $16.00/hr
