• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain precise records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies, tools, and techniques through continuous learning and training.

• Previous experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician or relevant technical training.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a commitment to excellence.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, providing top-tier customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• EPA certification is required.
• Weekend and evening availability required

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $ per year
