Hales AC is growing fast — and we’re on the hunt for motivated Install Helpers who are ready to learn, work hard, and grow with us. If you have at least 1 year of experience and your own tools, we want to hear from you!

• Assist Lead Installers on residential HVAC system installs
• Learn to install Air Handlers, Condensers, Heat Pumps, Mini-Splits, and more
• Get cross-trained on Duct Cleaning equipment and procedures
• Perform basic HVAC system maintenance and tune-ups
• Help ensure jobs are completed safely, cleanly, and to code

• Minimum 1 year of HVAC field experience
• Your own basic hand tools
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a felony background check and pre-employment drug test

• $18/hour starting pay
• Cross-training in duct cleaning and maintenance
